About NSP Expert Lab Solutions
NSP Expert Lab Solutions are a leading laboratory supply & service specialist company. Our products and solutions are carefully selected and designed to ensure that Irish laboratories and pharmaceutical environments can be elevated through working with the best, safest and most efficient equipment. In line with our mission to “bring a breath of fresh air” to our clients, we hold specific focus on providing outstanding clean air technology.
Since we were founded in 2005 we have steadily grown our team of expert engineers who are equipped, skilled and fully accredited in the latest industry standards and manufacturer requirements. We are proud of the strong reputation we have built over our 15 years in business and we work hard to maintain an exceptional level of service at all times. We are accredited to ISO 9001:2008 since 2010 which was revised to ISO 9001:2015 in 2018.
We have built strong relationships with our clients who have chosen to partner with us over the years. These key relationships ensure that we are not only called upon to install new laboratory components, but our clients and customers know they can rely on our expert teams for on-going servicing, upgrades and troubleshooting.
Graham Devitt
Managing Director
Graham is our Managing Director and has been part of the NSP family since our formation in 2005. Coming from a Building Service’s background, he manages and delivers the day to day running of the business.
Graham is very passionate about NSP; the hard work & dedication that has been shown by our staff members over the last 15 years.
Outside work, Graham is a father to two amazing children and husband to his very patient wife. He is also a keen runner having completed many marathons to date and the odd ultra marathon.
Louise Scanlan Connor
Procurement Manager
Louise is our Procurement Manager and is proudly 100% customer-focused in all that she does. She works tirelessly, dedicated to the finer details of her role, ensuring customer satisfaction along the way.
An active chairperson for her residents’ association, Louise makes sure we are all brought together with a strong sense of team community.
You may recognise Louise from her moments in the limelight on TV, most notably her Aldi ad. She is a proud Mum to two gorgeous girls and an equally gorgeous furbaby.
Susan Hanratty
Accounts Manager
In her role as our Accounts Manager, Susan looks after the management and coordination of our valued customers’ accounts and key partnerships with suppliers and commercial stakeholders.
With a background as an Accounts Technician, Susan can support our finance team and ensures smooth operations between the departments.
When she is not kept busy in work, Susan enjoys nothing more than kicking back and relaxing with some family downtime.
Thomas Delaney
Sales Manager
Thomas brings over 35 years of experience in the Laboratory Supply Sector, more recently having moved into business development within extraction, filtration and cleanroom environments.
Thomas is a vibrant part of the NSP family with a customer-first approach to everything he does.
When he’s not in work, you’re likely to find Thomas cycling around North County Dublin. We are reliably informed that he has also been known to cook up a storm in the kitchen!
